How to Deposit Money from MTN Mobile Money to Tropical Bank Account

Follow the step by step guide to successfully transfer money from your MTN MoMo account to your bank account;

1. Launch the dialer app then dial *165# and press the dial button. (The Tropical bank account holder should strictly use a number used during mobile banking registration).

2. Choose option 6 which is Financial Services.

3. Select option 1, Bank deposit.

4. Choose the option that corresponds to Tropical bank. If it is not on the first-page click next.

5. Enter the account number you are sending the money to.

6. You will be prompted to enter the amount that you are willing to transfer.

7. Confirm with MTN mobile money pin.

1. Dial *214# and press the call button using the mobile banking registered phone number.

2. Key in the Tropical Mobile banking pin as prompted by the system.
